Epcot Extra Magic Hours

Does anyone know how Epcot works their evening EMH? In other words, if Future World typically closes at 7 and the World Showcase closes at 9, does that mean Future World only stays open until 10 or until 12? My husband says it will close at 10 because otherwise FW would be technically be open 5 extra hours. Is he right?

Epcot Emh

Epcot has a special system for EMH. The attractions which normally close at 7 stay open until 9 for day guests. After that every attraction except UoE and JII stay open.

Every experience i have had with Epcot EMH has been awful.

90 minutes for Test Track

210 minutes for Soarin.

And this has occured three times.

Of course this means everything else had no wait.

The main problem is that Epcot is so large when WS closes it dumps a whole half a park on Future World.

Thanks! I had actually called WDW but got 2 different responses from two different people, so obviously even they're not too sure what's going on with Epcot's EMH. That's why I posted here. I knew I'd get the answer!
