Living Seas - the Coral Reef.

China - someplace that has lotus tea
Outpost - Fruit and drinks
Germany - Biergarten
America - Liberty Inn
Italy - pasta place
France - french food
Canada - beaver tails!
UK - Fish and chips
Japan - lotsa places

Perhaps the International Gateway is the 4th?
