Epcot Dessert Party

I am hoping to be able to book our Tomorrowland Dessert Party next week once reservations are open for September, but I was wondering about the Epcot one...Do you have to be part of a grand gathering to get into it? Can you just book it? Is it the dinner and dessert or just a dessert? I can't find a lot online. Thanks

It is bookable but you need a big party as it is quite expensive

They really need to have an illuminations dessert party! I love the wishes one!

Epcot should start a dessert party like Magic Kingdom. It would seem to be profitable for them.
