Epcot Characters!

Hey Guys,
I was wondering if anyone knows when the best times to see the characters in World Showcase are?
I am trying to see & Jasmine, Mulan, Aladdin Duffy, Donald, and Marie?

Early in the day is generally the quietest time at World Showcase. It gets busy later once people move form Future World out to World Showcase.

It also really depends on the time of year you go too. We go during the off season and can go see the characters pretty much anytime they are out.
