Epcot at rope drop then Hollywood Studios

We have the Fantasmic Dinner Package set for 3:30. We are taking our 2yr old daughter (almost 3). We are off resort guests and it doesn't look like we will get fastpasses for Frozen Ever After.

We don't think our daughter will like a lot of the shows/rides at Hollywood Studios. Would it be a bad idea to go to Epcot in the morning at rope drop (actually get there about an hour or more before for good position) to ride Frozen Ever After close to 9am, meet Elsa & Anna after the ride, catch the bus to Hollywood Studios, go to dinner at 3:30, schedule our 3 reserved fastpasses for the day at Hollywood Studios after noon, hopefully see another show/ride, then see Fantasmic?

The things at Hollywood we think our daughter would like are the frozen sing along, Disney Jr show, beauty and the beast, and little mermaid show.

We just dont think there is whole days worth of stuff at Hollywood Studios she will like and we really really want to do the frozen stuff but I doubt we will get fastpasses for the frozen ride being off resort guests.

Just waiting for the 'Animal Kingdom at rope drop then Hollywood Studios' thread to be posted

Seriously though, we've done Frozen at Epcot without Fastpasses. Just arrive about 30 mins before park opening and join the queue to get in. When the park opens head straight to Frozen with everyone else. I walk slowly due to a medical condition but doing as above had only a 20 minute wait at Frozen doing this.

Saw somewhere else on line that suggested the same thing. We plan on doing that now, hope it works. Do you know if the meet & greet with elsa and anna would be reasonable after frozen ride after rope drop?

Sorry I don't know as we don't bother with meet & greets, sure somebody else will know though.
