With 3 full day in EPCOT I just know and almost don't care that my diet will be toast! So far the boys want to eat at Biergarten, TC, Les Hailles (snack heaven) and SS. So that leaves 2 TS meals and one qs place to fill in the gaps. Where would you suggest we go? THNX

OK firstly, Diet and Disney are NOT allowed. Biergarten, last few trips, we were underwhelmed. Chefs de France really surprised us last trip. Now, knowing you're a vegetarian, I have to say, they offer a wonderful mac and cheese, as well as salmon, which Ron loved. CJ did really enjoy their filet (for your boys) The CS offerings in Epcot are not half bad... my son loves Katsura Grill for a CS, and Nine Dragons and Teppan Edo for a TS. Keep in mind, any TS restaurant you choose, if you let your server know you are a vegetarian, the Chef will do whatever he can to make your meal enjoyable. Best of Luck!!!

Understand completely, however Biergarten's does offer alot of veggie fare, boys may be very happy, nice entertainment.... so it comes down to whatever works to make them all smile :)

Restaurant Marrakesh they have a vegetable couscous for you and a belly dancer for the guys.
Rose and Crown has a vegetable cottage pie for the vegan and lots for the guys
Tutto Italia has a Fettuccine Campagnole - Arugula and basil pesto, spinach and burrata cheese for you and pasta dishes for the boys.
Hang in there with the bionic stomachs, I used to tell my DS it was cheaper to buy him a suit that to try and feed him.

Where havnt you eaten in Epcot? I know you have eaten at chefs, via, marrakeshand biergarten right? If you hanent been to Rose and Crown, try this first. We have so many hibachi style restaurants around here, I never want it in Disney. Tangerine Cafe is always a must QS for us.

Actually haven't been to Beirgarten in forever! So the boys put it on the list! Haven't been to Spice Road ever! Did TC twice last trip! We haven't been to Via yet either! Not sure about pizza there, being from North Jersey we can be VERY picky about that!

I wouldn't worry too much about your diet. It's about one full mile for every trip around the world showcase lagoon. Just make sure you do a few laps around each day you're there and you walked the calories off!!!
