Need Advice and Tips for an Adult EPCOT Trip-
Finally we are going up with no kids (shocking) for Food & Wine. We have been to EPCOT a bunch, but looking for additional tips on secret spots, gardens, drinks, snacks, etc. Would love to hear everyones favorites!!

Thanks!!!

My biggest tip for Food and Wine is to look at the menus beforehand and make a list of the things that you want to eat and drink. With that list highlight the ones that you really must have. You can also look at previous year's menu on many different sites (disney food blog is a good one) to get a look at some of the return treats. Don't plan to eat everything all in one day and share items as much as possible. You can always go back to get more.

I would tell you my favorites but they took away two of my favorites, however the Chocolate Nitro dish is still there. The most disgusting thing I've ever eaten is still at the Thailand booth and that was the Red Thai Curry, I ate one bite and tossed it.

Look at the menus and see what interests you. We usually try to find items we normally wouldn't have. After that narrow it down to the must haves. While I love my beer and wine flights my recommendation is to take it easy and share them. Get the passport and have fun marking off what you like and don't like. Enjoy the festival!

I’ve not done Food & Wine, so no specific tips.

But since you’re going without the kids then my advice is to take the time to explore WS and all the “hidden” parts of it. The things you have to skip because the kids are getting restless. Or that you didn’t know about.

Maybe see if you have time for one of the tours that you can’t usually do because of the kids.

Enjoy the entertainment that migh bore the kids:
  • see all the movies in the national pavilions
  • definitely do the American Adventure and catch the Voices of Liberty
  • see all the street entertainers... you're allowed to skip the ones that use a whistle 🙄
  • don't skip Seeing Eye Theater... Get a Horse is one of the best uses of 3D ever
  • take the Behind the Seeds tour... cheap and very interesting
  • browse the art stores and shops

This is last year’s passport. I love the F & W Festival! My tips would be-Do the concerts, they are really fun. I love the street performers too.
When you have a drink, also get food with it. ;) I enjoy the festival much more during the day. Once it gets dark it gets really crowded and people can get pretty rowdy, even if you don’t have kids with you. I always see someone (or a few someone’s) being led out by security wasted if we go at night.
Have Fun!!!

You should be able to get your passport when you check into your resort, or you can get one at Epcot. As others have said, definitely look online for the menus before you go, then you can make a list of the foods you want to eat.

I also echo seeing the shows and movies, and doing all the things the kids would find boring.

It’s not part of F&W, but I like the ice cream place in France. The Patisserie in France has wonderful sandwiches and opens at 9am, even though the rest of world showcase is 11. Great spot for breakfast.

Like most people said, definitely highlight the items you want by checking out the full list. Definitely buy 1 of each item and share it so you can try more things and save money. My favorite dish is the Pork Belly dish from Brazil. Have fun!
