This is my EPCOT Improvement Master Plan.
I will be adding, I’d say, a few placeholders after this post for me to eventually flesh it out. I’ll also come back and edit this post and add and expand upon it, including with photos and more land detail. I’ll go into elaboration for how the rides will be in the following two posts.
I will eventually update this map with labels and art for everything I’m suggesting as part of a master build out. I will then have individual pavilion aerial view concept art, front facing pavilion concept art, and concept art for the ride’s facade.
I may or may not include ride blueprints and on-rise concept art, restaurant concept art and menus, and concept art for entertainment, we’ll see. I have some theme park concepts for a Texas park, third Disneyland Resort park, and a South American park, as well as resort wide expansion improvements. For now, I’m just focusing on improving every Orlando park, so this is the first in my series of those.
1. New Pavilions (World Showcase – clockwise order)
Immediately the 4 used would be: between Japan and Morocco, Germany and Italy, Germany and the African Outpost, the African Outpost itself, and betwern UK and Canada replacing the Millenium Pavilion itself.Egypt

for these first accessible “ride” plots, and they’ll all have rides ranging from headlining Es, to Es, and C-tickets.The plot in front of Ratatouille between Morocco and France could absolutely work as Spain
for a small, two-story pavilion, so long as the expectations for it are billed as such, not the #1 priority but if they want instant money and capacity expansion, it’s a cheaper way to do so, but it should eventually happen regardless.There’s small slots on either side of American Adventure that could work as non-ride pavilions for South Korea
and Israel 
.You also have a plot where the Frozen meet and greet is in the far distant future to be used (Coco D-ticket Mexico
expansion potential behind it) functioning as a ride plot. Alternatively, a completely new pavilion for Australia 
is also possible!There’s also the plot behind/next to the UK that could potentially host a smaller pavilion. I’d still use it for either a Mary Poppins or a 101 Dalmatians’ expansion plot for the UK

• Egypt Pavilion- full pavilion with an Aladdin E-ticket dark ride (if it doesn’t go in Morocco) between Morocco and Japan + Pyramids in the distance like the Eiffel Tower is in France (but obviously larger). Many ways to approach this pavilion, but the civilization’s history speaks for itself and deserves a place at the park.• Switzerland Pavilion
- full pavilion with an E-ticket Matterhorn Bobsleds ride. Long overdue and Switzerland is one of the most incredible countries there is. Between Germany and Brazil, or swap it and Greece.• Greece Pavilion
- full pavilion with a Hercules E-ticket) – between Germany and Italy. Delivious Greek street food in the form of a quick-service, and, so long as a Pain and Panic dinner show goes to MK, I’d put a fancy Greek place too. Some of the best aesthetics in the world and just a country with terrific food, plus you can integrate very well with a beloved Disney IP that actually fits flawlessly.• Brazil Pavilion
- full pavilion with a Rio C-ticket – firework hazard plot. A delicious Brazilian steakhouse, paired with a Statue of Christ the Redeemer, an emphasis on Soccer and Carnival, and just perpetual Brazilian lifestyle. Rio the movie, I believe, isn’t strong enough for a true anchor, but I think it’s actually one of Fox’s animated films that’s worth being talked about still and remembered, similar to Anastasia or Peanuts, so you could do it IMO.• India Pavilion
- full pavilion with a ride – replaces the Millenium Pavilion, so not the priority. You’d probably want to open it with a ride too; it’s honestly time for Disney to do an incredible story from India, only if they have a good idea though, but I’m thinking there’s the potential for a Disney Animated movie someday, so you could add this pavilion later on in like the 2040s. The food and architecture are incredible and it is another country with a history of great civilization and it’ll become a true power player this century too. I say do it, eventually.• South Korea Pavilion
- full, albeit skinny pavilion, but no ride, between American Adventure and Japan (so slightly smaller) – Korean BBQ; modern high-tech buildings + classic architecture area. K-pop experience instead of a ride (cheaper and would be popular) and some cultural exhibits.• Israel Pavilion
- full, albeit also a skinny pavilion, but no ride, between American Adventure and Italy – classic architecture, could be really cool.• Spain Pavilion
- half-plot, no ride since Wish sadly was terrible and nothing to do with Spain – between France and Morocco in front of Ratatouille; flamenco tapas restaurant + flamenco performances + cultural experiences.• Australia Pavilion
- full pavilion, between Mexico and Norway – featuring the Sydney Opera House.2. Additions & Redos to Existing Pavilions
World Showcase
Entire Pavilion Expansion Plots:• Morocco
/Egypt : Aladdin E-ticket dark ride + new belly dancing show + dedicated character meet-and-greet zone.• Mexico
: Coco dark ride (entrance behind Frozen meet-and-greet) + dedicated character meet-and-greet zone for Coco (maybe its best reserved to wait until they want to take out the Frozen M&G and just do an entire pavilion there instead).• UK
: Mary Poppins E-ticket or a 101 Dalmatians D-ticket & outdoor Mary Poppins Carousel + dedicated character meet-and-greet zone for the two (Winnie The Pooh needs a proper space too, maybe a 100 acre woods playground, or maybe not).Existing Pavilion Expansion Plots:

Anime/sumo wrestlers/Studio Ghibli characters (maybe even Hiro from Big Hero 6 if Baymax and Hiro don’t get something in World Discovery/Celebration) partnerships for Japan including events, streetmosphere, exhibits, and a permanent flex meet and greets to showcase all off these. Norway gets a “Frozen Summer” during the summertime, perhaps with a small show by pushing out into World Showcase lagoons little, widening the path in front of the pavilion too, but allowing then a permanent lagoon show and character actors to happen, creatively it could get you wet too, since EPCOT doesn’t have much to do so.Worlds of Discovery, Nature, and Celebration
World Celebration
• Spaceship Earth
: Full update (new script/narrator, descent, audio-animatronics, lighting, new scenes) + dedicated character meet-and-greet zone, entrance flipped to the backside instead of under the glorious geodesic sphere.• Odyssey Center
: Vegas-style dancing fountains in front pond, permanent rotating exhibit space sponsored by D23 always showing the future of the companies global theme park projects.• Imagination
Pavilion: Full redo + brand-new Figment dark ride + dedicated character meet-and-greet zone, complete tear-down or the additional of a new building behind for much of the ride’s new track layout. If they keep the structure, you gotta do ImageWorks right for the modern era and the upstairs too. It would kill it with social media culture if done right and for all ages. Honestly Pinterest would be a cool sponsor.• Imagination Theater
(assuming they only tear down/expand the Figment showbuilding side): Replaced with permanent Muppets presence (Muppet Mobile Lab + new Muppets 3D/4D show OR new Honey I Shrunk the Audience if it doesn’t expand around RNRC) + dedicated character meet-and-greet zone. Phineas and Ferb would be EXTREMELY cool too.World Nature
• The Seas
Pavilion: Interior refresh + massive screen in the lobby; Finding Nemo ride updated (tank tunnel re-opened); new higher-capacity Crush’s Coaster (on plot between Seas & The Land) with palm-trees and waterfalls in front (you enter the ride inside the Seas sort of like Soarin’ though you exit outside, a new Seas entrance will be reworked to make it feel more like a pavilion where things happen like The Land (subject to park ops but with modifications to the Seas I think it’s worth exploring as a possibility) + a small mountain facade on show building + dedicated character meet-and-greet zone.• The Land
Pavilion: Major interior overhaul with multi-level indoor waterfall (Singapore Changi Jewel style) + Living with the Land receives Halloween lights, Christmas update, July 4th update, and Easter update + dedicated character meet-and-greet zone. A temporary (or for all intents and purposes, permanent) maze will go up on the other left front half of the expansion plot that is going to partially be used for Crush, tied into the Land pavilion. This to me will finally make the area feel completed as “World Nature.”World Discovery
• Former Wonders of Life
→ Emotions/Health Pavilion: Inside Out ride + other IP only if it makes sense. You could integrate Wreck-It-Ralph, Big Hero Six, or other IPs here if done right, but I wouldn’t. I think Inside Out’s world can carry an entire pavilion.• Test Track

Dedicated character meet-and-greet zones in ALL pavilions with country-relevant Disney characters, some now inside (it’s Florida, it’s necessary), so people can “see the characters around the world” if they wanted to, or just stumble upon it like most people would lol.•

Expanded festival offerings seasonal exhibit tie-ins like the Festival Center but at least some new ones in various countries too (K-pop in Korea, anime and sumo wrestling in Japan, Frozen Summer in Norway, flamenco events in Spain, belly dancing in Egypt/Morocco, Carnival in Brazil, etc.). It’s very important that while you have IPs integrated into pavilions mostly in the form of rides and the ride’s gift shop, the pavilion remains distinctly its country: basically like the France approach and not ever again like Norway.•
