Ok people lets drop the wand posts, enough is enough, everytime I check in to this site it's all wand all the time. It's coming down..we all know. It's a big metal Mickey hand that doesn't affect the way the park runs or do anything at all for that matter. Why don't we just get past it ,have a pic update every day or so and get on with other things. If this goes on to October WDWmagic may end up losing subscribers who ,like me, are getting tired of this junk.

If the constant barage of:

1. Whens the best time to go threads.
2. Rate my schedule threads.
3. Harry Potter is the best threads.
4. 5th Gate threads.
5. What does everyone think about (fill in subject here) threads.
6. Gaydays, rude CM, rude stroller pushers, and rude ECV driver threads.

has not caused people to exit in droves, a few wand threads wont.

Personally, I think its humerous and to a point, breaks the monotiny (sp???) of serious discussion. I, being an actual financial supporter of this site, wont be running for the nearest exit anytime soon. (unless Steve kicks me out, but thats for a different thread... :lol: ):lookaroun

Isn't creating another thread about the wand counterproductive to your goal of less wand threads?

I was just thinking the same thing. If you don't like the wand threads then don't read them. It is as simple as that. For those of who have waited with great anticipation to see the wand come down, the threads are exciting.

Considering that "the wand is" the only News that's happening at WDW right now (besides the new sign at Mission:Space; Fastpass), I enjoy them! I just wish that there was a central thread where update photos could be posted to make them easier to find:lol: . Sure beats the "which Water park should I go to" Threads that appear in the News and Rumors section.:lookaroun :ROFLOL:

Amen. It seemed like a couple weeks ago the news and rumors board was filled with different rumors. Now everything has dried up. Maybe we should just start making up the news.

Have you guys heard the rumor that WDW is going to build a LOTR rollercoaster in the Beastly Kingdom land at the new park their going to build themed after Villians?

...it will be connected to the south end of the International Space Station.
