Engraved ID tags?

Hello all! Sorry for bothering you this evening. I'll be heading to Epcot this Saturday and I was wondering if anyone has seen engraved ID tags in that park, especially if they have the Perry the Platypus engraved ones. I'm assuming, since Epcot houses Agent P's WSA, they should have it around somewhere.

I think I've seen them in the Land (I think that's what it's called), the building with Living with the Land and Soarin', but I've never looked to see what they have to offer.

I recall them being the same generic shapes you can get at Pet Stores, some just had Disney artwork on the flipside.
