Has anyone heard of English Mountain, TN?

I live about 3 hours from it, and have heard of 2000 acres being purchased by the Disney company. It is nearby Gatlinburg, TN and Dollywood park in Pigeon Forge. I do not think that a park would go in there, but a resort like the one in Wyoming, maybe. If anyone has any clue, let me know.

Disney subsidaries frequently buy and sell parcels of real estate around the United States for a number of reasons. The purchasing and selling of these sometimes-large parcels of real estate investment have never been connected with theme park/resort development (except, of course, in Anaheim and in Lake Buena Vista).

I'll tell you what, I work for an Economic Development firm in Homestead, FL and if I had a nickel for every time somebody asked me "What is Disney going to do with the land they bought in this area?" I would be a very rich person. The truth is, Disney has not bought any land in our area and yet there is a rumor circulating that they have. I don't know who started the rumor but I think it must have been a developer or a realtor in order to sell more land and/or houses.

So, I'm not saying it is not true, only that it is VERY unlikely.
