Can anyone tell me what the current policy is on using an "unofficial" photographer to take engagement photos at the parks? We have a good friend who we're planning to bring along but I don't want her (or us) to get in trouble. Seems like the policies regarding unofficial photographers is pretty muddled. Thanks!!

The rules are actually very relaxed now. As of about a year or so ago, non-Disney photographers may officially take portraits inside the parks. The rule remains that only Disney Fine Art Photography may book closed sessions before park opening, though.
