EMH Question (and some others)

Hi, I am going to Disney June 9-17, and I have a few questions before doing the PS stuff next week!

1. allearsnet.com lists EMH's by week, and some are different, so I was wondering how often weeks dont follow the typical schedule, and when they would be released for June.

2. When are the park hours posted for June.

3. With the DDE, we can get a discount to the last show of Hoop Dee Doo, is it too late to get good seats for that? And, it the show ends around 11, but MK closes at 10, how can we get back to our resort (Pop Century)?

4. Star Wars Weekends. This will be the last weekend of it, what can I expect? What is it like?

5. I need help choosing a few extra restaurants. Where at MGM (other than Sci-Fi and 50s) can we eat with were ages 15-75 will have a good time? And at EPCOT (other than Norway, Germany, Canada, and Morrocco) where would you recommend?

6. Finally, some people in my group (ages c.50 and c.75) may not want to go to Hoop Dee Doo. What can I do to convince them?

Thanks for all the help!!!

I don't think they will release the park hours and EMH days for June until April. I think most weeks have followed the usual EMH schedule, only a few times did they move things around. I would go ahead and make your PS assuming the usual schedule, and if the days are different, make changes later.

Our favorite at Epcot is the Tepinyaka in Japan. The food is terrific, and the chef at your table provides great entertainment.

Have a great trip.

I can answer question 2:
Disney has already updated their calender for May and June. As for the rest, I'm not sure. I hope that helps at least a little!

I agree with the Teppanyaki restaurant at Japan. That is definitely excellent and everyone has a great time. The chefs there put on a fantastic show when cooking the food and you can get about 10 people seated around one table so it's good for a large group. Aside from that, trying to get PS for about 1 1/2 - 2 hours prior to Illuminations over at Rose & Crown in England is great. If you set it up right, then you can be seated outside on their patio. In doing this, they will make sure that your food is timed to make it so dessert should be just before Illuminations begins and you can have a spectacular view of the fireworks without having to fight crowds. I also have enjoyed the San Angel Inn over in Mexico. It's great, especially when they seat you over by the rail so you can see the boats from El Rio Del Tiempo drift past. The food is excellent there and if you go, I recommend the Chef's Specialty which is a roast pork with a very good sauce, carrots, potatoes and onions. It's very reminicint of a good pot roast :slurp: Hope this helps as far as that goes.

As for question 1, this seems to be the standard schedule for EMH days

Sunday (Evening) - Disney-MGM Studios
Monday (Morning) - Epcot
Tuesday (Morning) - Disney-MGM Studios
Tuesday (Evening) - Animal Kingdom
Wednesday (Evening) - Magic Kingdom
Thursday (Evening) - Epcot
Friday (Morning) - Magic Kingdom
Saturday (Morning) - Animal Kingdom

I have found variations/updated changes here:

http://www.touringplans.com/UG_EMH1.html

But the exceptions aren't out yet for the months you are inquiring about, so keep checking like I do for June and July.

I just checked and didn't see june. Is it on disney's main site?

I can only find up to May here:
