What is "EMG"? If you mean EMH, then no the rides are free once you get your bracelet. If you don't mean EMH then I have no idea.

Sorry I mean EMH* But do you pay at all?

Extra Magic Hours are free to Walt Disney World Resort guests. So if you're staying on property at a Disney resort hotel all you have to do is show your room key to someone distributing wrist bands at the EMH park that night. Then you have fun.:)

Not if you are staying at a Disney Resort. You may be thinking of the old "E-ticket nights" or "E-ride Nights" or whatever. They were similar to the evening Extra Magic Hours, but you got the "privilege" of paying about ten bucks to ride the good rides with less wait after the parks close. Now, the evening Extra Magic Hours are included free with resort stays. Just make sure you check the schedules to see which park will stay open on which night (as a rule, each one will open 1 Hour early on one day of the week, and stay open 3 Hours late on one day of the week).

You DO have to have a park ticket to get in. This is not a seperately ticketed event.

You need to be at the park with your resort key. Only people with resort key's with the appropriate access can get in. Have a resort key, and no park hopper and visited another park that day? You're out of luck! So you have to be staying on property, and have access to that park. Show your key, and get a wristband. Without the wristband, you can stay, but you can't ride.

Basically, you can only get those wristbands for EMH in the actual park that is having the EMH. So, if you can get yourself into the park to get the wristband, that means that you have a valid park ticket (unless you hopped the fence or something). If you can get the wristband, that means you've already paid all the money you will need to in order to take advantage of the EMH rides...

Just curious, are they watching the room keys more seriously now? We were there in May and my husband showed the room key and they put the bracelets on all of us, the kids never showed their keys which were in my husbands billfold. At MK they didn't even ask for the room key, we just got in line and the woman slapped the bracelets on us and sent us on our way to keep the line moving quickly.
