A vehicle that ran a red light near Typhoon Lagoon struck a Walt Disney World bus today, but the crash resulted in no serious injuries, an emergency official said.
The bus was struck from behind while turning into Typhoon Lagoon, according to Reedy Creek Emergency Services Assistant Chief Eric Ferrari. The bus had a green arrow, while the four-door sedan that hit it apparently ran through a red light, Ferrari said.
None of the 10 people on the bus was injured. Two people from the sedan were taken to the hospital with minor injuries just to be check out, Ferrari said.
