Email Pin Code

Hi,
Just received a email pin code. We are already reserved at Caribbean Beach in a preferred room with all our ADR's made and free dining. (made them on Sun.) This email pin code offer was for a very reasonable rate for a Deluxe either Animal Kingdom Lodge or Wilderness Lodge. So under this upgrade offer do you get to keep your free deluxe dining and how much of a hassel is it to transfer all your ADR's or do you keep the same reservation number?? Would it be worth it? Sure do not want to give up the free dining?

I got the pin code too. As far as I know, you can't have two deals so you either have to pick the free dining or the room at the discounted price. For us free dining was more of a discount but I got excited initially seeing AKL or WL for only $149 a night too.

You can't use two promotions. A discounted room at AKL may work out cheaper for you but it depends on your party makeup. Just run the numbers and compare. Send me an email if you'd like help.:)

I have tried everything to get on the list for these pin codes~ I even wrote to Disney. They gave me some suggestions, but still haven't received any. I signed up for emails, disneystore, disney site, and visa. Any other suggestions! My friend gets them all the time!

Hi,
Thanks for the responses. Yes, I was surprised too as we are alreadby booked and have free dining and ADRs done, so it seems to bad as we will not use it as all our ADRs are made with the free dining. If we took this email pin code we would have done our reservations completely different and now I am past my 90 days and what a hassle to try and redo and pray I would get the ones needed without the free dining.

I'm fairly sure you can change your reservation and keep your ADRs. ADRs are made by table availability, they don't hold them for free dining AFAIK.

Dining or Discount - Such a Decision

It's too bad you can't get free dining and a discounted room (if sent via pin code). It looks like it is one or the other.

Dining might be the better deal overall. But Ft. Wilderness is very tempting.

If I was not going next week I think I would use the pin code but, as it is, I guess I'll stay home in Sept/Oct. this year.

I just got my first one this week after three years of waiting. Iit's just the luck of the draw, I guess.

That's correct, as long as you don't need to change the dates and times of your reservations you can keep them as is. They won't cancel with your reservation.
