Pixar adds in additional costs to their films that other studios don't such as administrative costs for running the studio.

So yeah it could be that high, or even higher. Disney and Pixar are notorious for having high budgets, so I don't know why you think its hard to believe that they can have over a $200M film.
Because, aside from maybe Coco (which cost anywhere from $175M to $225M), they never have had a film over $200M.

Elemental cost $200M just 2 years ago, and so did Lightyear 3 year ago.

As a matter of fact, I believe on average most of their films in the last 15 years have been $200M. So the point is that just because most of their films have been about $200M doesn't mean they can't go over that.
