Let's don't get him started on the Emu's again

I used to work at Birmingham City Hall in Planning and Zoning. I would get weird calls with crazy questions all the time. One day this guy calls (read this with a thick redneck accent to get the full effect) "My neighbor has some nine foot chickens and we live next to this here airport and we can't have no farm animals and we sure can't have no nine foot chickens." Surely this crazy guy was joking, but we sent a guy out to check it out....EMUS! Still not nine feet mind you. Thats not even the weirdest call I ever got!
