ECV Rentals and room storage

Traveling with my mother to WDW for her first trip in over 30 years. She has mobility issues and we are planning to rent an ECV from one of the local providers. Do any of you have experience with this? Which ones would you recommend (Mouse Savers says Buena Vista Scooters). We're staying at OKW and I'm a little concerned about storage and recharging if we're not in a first floor villa (I've requested but they can't confirm). Do you know if the resorts have a place to store and recharge ECVs for the night outside the rooms?

I rented an ECV from ScooterBug. They drop off and pick up at the resort. You don't even have to be there. We were staying in a studio and had no problem fitting it in the room and charging it. The one we rented came with an extra battery and we never had a problem charging. You could also store it on the balcony as well.

We traveled to WDW with my 85 year old father in law this July and we also rented from scooterbug.
Scooterbug was the company officially approved by WDW and the only company that could drop off at the resort without me having to be there to meet them. Same for pick up - it was the only company that bell services would take back from me so I didn’t have to meet the person coming to pick it up the day we left. To my understanding - based on reviews I read -Scooterbug can also come into the parks and bring you a new ECV if yours malfunctions. We had no problems but it was nice to know we’d get that kind of service if it was needed, since my father in law really can’t walk far these days.
We were at Yacht Club and my father in law had a ton of room in his room for the ECV. Same as above - we had an extra battery and had no power issues.
