Ok, looks like we need a different food because apparently, I have a no idea what food is "spit in the eye" is. It may be a joke but it's no joke I would spit it if such food existed.

Spit in the Eye Recipe

Difficulty: Easy | Total Time: 5 minutes per SITE | Active Time: 5 minutes | Makes: As much bread and eggs as you have.

INGREDIENTS
  • Bread (best white bread you have) one slice for each Spit In The eye
  • Eggs one for each SITE
  • Butter (each side of bread)
  • salt and pepper ( and a little hot sauce if desired)
INSTRUCTIONS
  1. Butter each side of the bread. Heat skillet to medium heat an add two pats of butter to the pan.
  2. Using a small glass, like a whiskey glass, cut out the middle of each bread and set the small circle aside. Add bread and the circle to the pan an lightly toast each side.
  3. Break egg into the middle of bread, when cooked enough flip to cook the other side. salt and pepper each side and add some hot sauce if desired. Plate and enjoy a Spit In The Eye or whatever you call it that day

Oh, I see what it is now. Next time, if it has a weird name, do describe what's in it, main ingredients wise to avoid confusion. Anyway, for welsh rabbit, I'd eat it.

Mountain Pie Pizza (It's a Colorado specialty where the pizza has a really thick crust and in between the crust and the top layer of cheese is stuffed with fillings along with a top layer of cheese and/or pepperoni. Here's a pic for reference:

Depends on what's in it. But generally speaking, eat it.

Juicy Lucy (A Minnesota speciality burger where the cheese is actually inside the beef patty.)
