Anyone else surprised that Snickers hasn't been sued yet for thease comercials?

You know that "Eat a snikers and..." comercials.


With everyone so sue crazy thease days.

At least it's not like several years ago when Pepsi did their Pepsi Points promotion and had the commercial with the Harrier Jet being something like 1,000,000 Pepsi Points. Some guy got a bunch of investors together to give Pepsi a check for the amount it would cost to buy that much Pepsi and demanded that the company fork over the Harrier since there was no disclaimer that the Harrier was not an actual prize. Needless to say, Pepsi was taken to court for that one. :lol:

Plus, those are no worse than the Holiday Inn Express commercials: "Wait, you're not the surgeon..." "No, but I did stay at a Holiday Inn Express last night, so this should be no problem..."
