Just getting together the stuff for my kids Easter Baskets and realized everything is for the trip! LOL Disney Dollars (yes I still call the cards that) Glow Stix, Mix Packs, Kind bars and very little candy! Are any of you planning on putting any Disney items in your baskets this year?

I've tried to get away from all the candy because the teenagers fight the acne enough. I've done presents & stuff. A few years back they got iPhones in their baskets. I think last year we did a little candy & cash. I think this year they're likely to get cash and/or iTunes gift cards. The last thing they need is candy.

You know, if candy affects your kids' acne, they might have a candida problem. Just throwing that out there cause I've been struggling with it for years! But I'm to the point where I can have candy and sugar!

I've fought my skin in my adult years. I think God is getting me back for making fun of my brother when his was so bad as a teen. Sugar definitely makes me flare up but then it also causes me a laundry list of other problems too. That's why I don't drink sodas anymore. Talk about instant misery. LOL!

Kelly, try proactiv. My son used it when he was younger and so have I in the past. If I gave up getting chocolate in this house, it would be WWlll!!!

Between Halloween, Christmas, Valentine's Day, we have enough candy and chocolate around, but the boys get a chocolate Easter bunny and plastic eggs with a chocolate and jelly beans in them. We'll try to add something like glowsticks or a book. Neither of them seem to have inherited my oily skin and large pores. We'll see.

Oh, and the Peeps! The hubby loves to open the package and let them sit for a month before eating them.

For Easter, the E. Bunny is leaving my MOM a basket full of Disney cuteness and a big white scrapbooking book with tons of paper. The basket has stickers, glues, tapes, special scissors, corner edges, and a (home made) "gift certificate" for my prints. :) I'm the family photographer and will be going to WDW loaded with my cameras and when we get back, will upload the best prints to Snapfish (or one of the handful of other sites I use!) and get lots of photos printed and mailed to me!

She has no idea about any of this- other than I dropped a few hundred on a new camera recently. I think she'll be pleasantly surprised!

(I'll post pics when its all assembled!)
