Early soft opening for M:S?

I just went over to IOAcentral and read the thread that everyone was talking about. The person goes on to say in another post that... "These are probably limited soft openings with it opening early in the morning, then closing, then opening toward the night again. As of now though, the chances of catching a ride after the 23rd seem pretty good. I wish you luck!"

He clearly states that it isn't a full soft opening. CM's on this board have said that it is closing from the 16th to the 20th (for more test and adjust) so it would make sense that it would open again on the 23rd. So I guess the poster is correct. Right?
