Early June crowds?

Hello, all! :wave:

Last May my girlfriend and I went to WDW for 9 days (May 16-24). We found wait times and crowds in general to be entirely acceptable, though a bit more crowded than when I'd been in the Sept.-Oct. range. We're thinking about planning a trip for early June 2008 (ie sometime within the first 2 weeks) and were wondering what everyone's take is on crowd levels and wait times in that period? Any info would be much appreciated. While I am a Disney veteran (25+ times), I've only been about 5 times in the last 5 years and have found that crowds are getting a lot heavier than I was used to when I was going twice a year from about 1998-2003. I therefore defer to anyone with more recent expertise on projected crowd levels at this time.

We visited WDW in early June 2006 & if was crowded, but not unbearable.

see I would have thought June would be crowded. But then again I guess a lot of people probably go once the kids are out of school and all for summer.

June starts out OK with crowd levels and gets busier as the month goes on and more and more schools let out for the summer. The earlier the better for crowd levels.
