Beginning October 1, Disney will reinstate Early Entry. It will be called Extra Magic Hour, and is for onsite guests. They will open one of the four theme parks for WDW resort guests one hour early every day. At the time Character caravan will be discontinued at the resorts.

Here is the schedule:

Sunday - Magic Kingdom
Monday - Animal KIngdom
Tuesday - MGM
Wednesday - Epcot
Thursday - MK
Friday - Animal Kingdom
Saturday - MGM

This is great news. They needed to do something that makes folks feel like they are getting special treatment by staying onsite.
