Early Check-In

My family and I will be arriving at Ft. Wilderness on Sept. 4th for our week vacation at Disney. Since check-in time is later that afternoon, can we "check-in" early so we can go ahead to the park? If so, will they let us park our RV there or do we have to drive it to the parking lot at the transportation center and then drive it back when we want to set-up? Thanks for your help. We are all excited......only 40 days left! :sohappy:

You can check in at pretty much anytime after 6:00-7:00 AM, park at your resort, go to the parks, etc. The only thing you might not be able to do is go to your camp site until after 3:00 PM.

The last time we were there we checked in five hours early because someone had left early. If not you can usually park in the lot where you would park for the HDDR

Really depends on how busy the resort is as to what you can get early. They should be able to hand you your packet with park passes at a minimum. We rolled into Pop Dec. 20th at 6am and were fortunate enough to have a room ready for us already, we only really wanted to get our park tickets but were pleasantly surprised.
