Early 2016 trip: which tour?

We're planning a Jan 27 to Feb 6, 2016 CBR trip right now (very early stages!) and I'm trying to decide on which tour to take. We did KTTK two years ago, and the Steam Trains last year. We really enjoyed both, with KTTK being the favourite so far.

Options:
1. World Showcase DestiNations Discovered (the new tour at EPCOT)
2. The UnDISCOVERed Future World
3. Wild Africa Trek

I know these are three pretty different options, but they all look interesting. The three of us are fit and relatively adventurous, so the Wild Africa Trek would be doable. Is is worth the money, or just a trek where you see the same stuff you see on the safari?

We're also all in love with EPCOT so would like to know more of its secrets.

According to this review of the new DestiNations tour, I'm not sure it's actually worth the money. Seems like mostly just a few fun facts, hidden mickeys, and a meal in Marrakesh. We ate there two years ago and did really like it. Lastly, there is not info on the WDW site for this tour (at least none that I can find), leading me to believe maybe it hasn't been very successful ???

I'm leaning towards the UnDISCOVERed tour, mostly because I love the vision that Walt had for EPCOT, even though it was mostly ignored when they built the park...and is largely lost in what exists there today.

Any reviews, suggestions, or tips would be helpful!!!

We've done the WAT twice and loved it both times. I'd imagine Jan/Feb temps could make it more enjoyable since you wouldn't be burning up. Still, my favorite experience is the Epcot Seas Aqua Tour but the DW and DD prefer WAT. I have many pictures and a report of our WAT experiences below.

The wild Africa trek was amazing. The rope bridges were fun, hike was easy and private safari with lunch was awesome. Did this last year with our three kids. I would do it again in a heartbeat. Worth every penny!

Resurrecting this thread from a few months ago.

We looked into the Wild Africa Trek and it does seem really interesting, fun, and maybe even a bit challenging. The problem is the price tag. We were hoping that January would be cheap season ($149), but it's actually $209. For three people, that's $627 US, which currently translates to $811 Canadian. That's pretty steep for one morning, on top of what we'll already have paid for park tickets.

Next on our list of possibilities is Escape to Walt's Wilderness. There's a Disney Parks Blog post about it here. Has anybody done it yet?

If the Canadian dollar improves before our trip at the end of January, we might end up booking the Wild Africa Trek after all. Our federal election is in six days so I'm hoping the dollar will take a massive leap over the next couple of months.
