I have never booked my trips online at disney.com. A week ago, my in-laws booked a trip with air included, on disney.com. They leave next Sunday. Does anyone know how they are supposed to get their e-tickets for continental?

Any help is greatly appreciated.

Are they not meant to print them out?

Normally, any type of e-ticket would be sent by e-mail, normally within a few minutes. If you haven't got them, check the junk mail and then contact disney ASAP

I would assume all tickets are e-tickets, which would need to be printed out. I know I always book through continental.com and all tickets are e-tickets. They don't even have a confirmation # for continental - all though their flight #s are on the disney paperwork.

My MIL will be calling tomorrow to find out for sure, but I figured I would check on here and see if I could find anything out.

If the tickets are included in the package and were not booked separately through Continental, they are definitely E tickets. They can be accessed by calling Disney and getting the tracking number to enter on Continental's website for seat selection and advance check in. Belle
