E-ride Rules!

I came back from WDW and did the E-ride night !!!!! OMG E-ride is so worth it!!! I went on Thunder mountain 3 times in a row, without even getting off the ride!!! Space mountain 3 times in a row, mickeys Philarmagic too, so many more... It is so worth it you feel like the magic Kingdom is yours for a night, and as we left the castle was showing some beautiful colors, and I had bought an ice cream cone onthe Ice cream parlor on the corner of mainstreet, While hereing Disney music while I exited with my family...

E-ride night was the highlight of my vacation.... what was your highlight of your Disney vacation?
BTW E-ride night is the best ever!!! I will be posting a trip report as soon as my computer is fixed ( I am using my aunts again)....

This was by far the greatest Disney vacation ever!!! I will post everything soon about my vacation on a trip report if your interested.

Disney World rocks!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I agree.... we did e-ride nights and loved it. I rode HM over and over and several other things too. It did, indeed "feel like the MK was yours for a night!" My Disney highlight would be an e-ride night as well. We left a little early one e-ride night (about 30 min). As we turned to walk down Main Street, the whole beauty of the place struck me. My daugter said that it looked like they had placed the stars inside the trees. The castle was indescribable. There was no one on Main STreet . It was amazing! And I got it all on video.

Gotta agree, that E-rides are definately worthwhile. It is nice that they finally opened up parts of fantasyland for the night. Haunted Mansion and Pirates are good to have, but they don't get the lines Peter Pan and Pooh do which makes them much more worthwhile in an eride.

I just recently returned from a trip and did e-rides for the first time as well, it was so great. It was like all three mountains were yours for the night and the Magic Kingdom looks so great, its like a whole different park when its like that for e-ride. Everything in the park is still on: lights, recordings its just so awsome.

We did E Ride Night twice last month when we were there (and we only stayed 4 days!). Its is so much fun & definately worth the extra money. There is something about HM at midnight. :D

I did e-rides on August 2nd and loved it. We weren't able to stay on for any of the rides but it was nice to have the park to what seemed like ourselves. I, too, have video leaving MK that night with no one in the park. I took video walking from the hub all the way to the entrance, then turned around to get a shot of the castle with still virtually no one in the shot!

E-ride nights is well worth the investment. It is just like having the park to yourself. It's also exciting that there are a few meet and greets and you hardly have to ever wait in line. What a blast. I hope they keep this up. I have a feeling its ending is around the corner.

Last time I was there they had the Extra Magic Hour nights instead of E-ride nights, and I have to say that the E-rides are much better. Having to pay for admission for E-ride rather than anyone staying in a Disney resorts coming in for the extra magic hour made the lines shorter. With the extra magic hour, we had to wait like 20-25 minutes certain rides, which was about the same wait times during the day. I love the E-ride nights cause it feels pretty cool to be in the MK at 2am :)

Last published scheduled date is August 13th.

allearsnet.com is pretty reliable for updates, schedules, etc. :wave:

So True i dide-ride like 2 times on the same trip because it was so empty. i went on space mountain 3 times, splash mountain 2 times, Big thunder mountain 3 times, Buzz lightyear space ranger spin 1, And Mickey' Philhar magic 1 time. The lines were only like 5 or less minute wait. When i went my second time i did all the e-ride rides once. Just remeber that all of these things were done in only 3 hours
