E-Ride Nights

E-Rides

I wouldn't do it - I went on one on August 5th, and everything had at least a 20 minute queue. Disney sure has a strange definition of "Super Short Waits" these days.

20 minutes on a ride that usually has 60 minutes??? THATS NOTHING!!

The Aug 1st E-Ride night was great, it rained so the park was empty. Buzz was a walk on, Splash and Big Thunder were 5 minute waits (it took you 5 mins to walk through the Queue LOL) HM was Walk on, Space Mtn was also... It was great!!

Everytime we go to E night we never have a line at all, some rides we dont even have to get out to ride it again,we must always go at a good time.E nights are the best, there is nothing better than being at WDW at night with no one there.

Looking back over the past few years they have not had any E-ride nights in September so I wouldnt count on it. I guess they really do not need them if the attendance is low.

We were there that night , too. Walked right on to Buzz, Haunted Mansion and a few others. The only wait we had was for BTMR...about 20 mins., but we had never been on that before so we stayed; the lines are always too long during the day. Don't know about Sept. E nights, but the weather would be just a little cooler and there is less people.

2 things - Ive done 2 eride nights in my life and each one was worth the extra money, even if just to feel like i had the park to myself.

Second... I emailed the WDW people and thsi is what they said when i asked if there were any eride nights scheduled for september: MAGIC KINGDOM E-RIDE Nights take place on selected dates and require separate admission. It is a special opportunity for WALT DISNEY WORLD Resort guests to experience the MAGIC KINGDOM when crowds are smaller and wait times for the attractions are shorter. On those days, the park operates on the announced schedule and for three magical hours, the MAGIC KINGDOM is only available to WALT DISNEY WORLD Resort guests who have purchased the special ticket.

As if i didnt know that already.... Thanks Peggy Bishop of Online Guest Services.

Hey SuperMatt first off welcome to the boards!!! We are always happy to have someone with more information here with us!!! Is it my imagination or does Disney seem to be slowing down on the release of stuff just in general lately?? Passholder discounts thru October were released almost 3 weeks ago this time last year. Is there a set time schedule for this stuff? Eride nights, passholder discounts ( If any) so on and so forth? Thanks so much for any info you may have. Belle:sohappy: :sohappy: :sohappy:
