Ok now I love that EMH is free...I think it's a great addition for the guests but...I must say...I miss E Ride Nights...

Sure it was an extra 15 or so dollar charge...but it just seemed so unique...

The whole atmosphere seemed different...

What do you all think?:veryconfu

I loved E nights - we'd stay 'til closing and never waited to ride anything1 well worth the extra$$, but I wish they had done it in the other parks too.

I think it was just $10 for an E-Ride Ticket.

It was only at MK (no other parks) and we really DID like it.

I will say that we were at WDW this last mid-May and went to a Sunday Night EMK at MK and it was pretty much the same "walk-on" as the E-Ride nights I remember.

That's the thing about EMH... you just can't predict WHEN they will be FULL and when they will be relatively empty.

I just GO and see.

The last ERide Night we went to the price was $12 and we gladly paid! 5,000 people in the MK and there were no lines. EMH are horrible, the parks are more crowded than in the daytime, the lines are longer (who wants to wait 2 hours for a ride at midnight?) and everyone is too crabby.

Yeah that's what I'm saying...it was totally worth the money.
It would have been great if they did it at other parks as well..

I was unable to go to the E ride nights. I would love to do it. To me it looks and sounds like the E ride nights and EMH are the same. Besides the money to do it and the long lines on EMH nights they are the same if you think about it.

Actually with E-ride nights, there was a limited number of tickets sold, so it was not that crowded at all...

Exactly...E Ride Nights was a totally different feel...
It was like a hard ticket event...it could sell out...at least from what I remember..
EMH are great for what they are but...E Ride...was completely different

I too liked the E-Ride nights...but I also enjoy EMH as well. With EMH, the entire park stays open, you sometimes get extra shows/parades etc. E-Ride's was all about the rides. There were a few open, you rode them 25 times, then you went home.

But with E-Ride night, you did not get to be in the MK at 4:15 am (check out the avatar)!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

E-ride is definitely better. And worth the $10 bucks originally and the $12 bucks later.

It's true, you never got to be in the park till 4, but I HAVE been in the park after 2 a-m on an E-ride night (11p-2a).

Only advantage to EMH is its offered at other parks and it's free. But as TigsMom points out, it's awfully crowded at some parks, particularly Disney MGM and Epcot.

Yea, I too really enjoyed E-ride nights, it always seemed like there were less people in the park.

^Beat me to mentioning that the tickets were 12 bucks later.
