We will be at the WDW week of June 8. If we stay at the Swan or at the Downtown Disney Hotels would we qualify for Early Entry and / or e night?

Swan and Dolphin is definately OK for both early mornings and Erides. I am not 100% on the Downtown Disney area hotels, I believe some are, but you would need to check for sure on that.

Thanks for the info. I actually just got off the phone with WDW reservation and got a $59.00 AP Rate at All Star Sports. So we’re set for this trip.

Do you need to be a resort guest AND have a park hopper pass?

I bought my E ride tickets at my resort (AKL) and they never asked if I had a park hopper or any multiple day pass. In fact, I had purchased an Annual Pass. Maybe that was in the computer but it was easy to get the E ride tickets at the resort. I bought 3 and they never asked who the others were for.

It wasn't busy at all and glad I went. Don't miss it. My favorite part of the entire trip was walking during E ride night in Frontier Land at 1AM with no one around. Felt like I owned the place and no one else was there.

I know how you feel. The first time we used E-Ride Night was in 1999. As we walked from Frontierland to Tomorrowland, we passed through Fantasyland. The area was dark, no people and so quiet. Very eerie. It was like we were doing something wrong. We took some video of the deserted area. I love E-Ride night. With teenagers, we never seem to make it to early entry days.

You can purchase the tickets when you arrive at your resort. There is always a slight chance tickets could run out so just buy the tickets when you check in.
