Dynamic pricing at Starbucks?

It is likely not AP related based on what I know about Starbucks.

I have an understanding how Starbucks is run based on people that I know. Those people not bus drivers.

Those people work at a hospital in the food service department and that hospital has a Starbucks inside. According to those people, Starbucks is a franchise and since the Starbucks is located in the hospital, the hospital runs it. The Hospital is responsible for handling pricing.

What I said about the hospital running Starbucks also is true with Disney running Starbucks. That means Disney can change prices due to when in the day the item is ordered or if there is temperature change.

Starbucks still as overall control over the franchise. My daughter used to work at a Target Starbucks during college. Target sort of runs things, but every so often a Starbucks person comes around to check on things.
