This might have been answered before but I could not find anything, Do you think that they need to sell out of DVC at Animal Kingdom before they even acknowledge that big building next to the Contemporary?:shrug:

AKL & SSR were being sold at the same time. I'm sure they'd like to get the inventory lower at AKL, but I wouldn't think that would be the hold up. At the DVC member event last weekend at DtD the hype was all about the DVC additions of Grand Californian at DL & the new resort in Hawaii (which got a HUGE response!!). So I'm sure they are just in no rush about the imaginary invisible tower. (Although I'll admit that when they intro'd the sneak peak at the newest concept art for the DCA refurb & Hawaii resorts by saying we were going to review some of the new top secret stuff & to put away all cell phones, cameras, and recording devices, I had to resist the urge to yell out "cough"Contemporary Tower"cough"!!

That's pretty much what Iger said at the 3rd Quarter earnings call. From the Sentinel:

"The focus right now on the Vacation Clubs is in selling the Animal Kingdom property -- both the conversion of the Vacation Clubs in the Animal Kingdom hotel, as well as the additional Vacation Club units that we're creating in a new building structure adjacent to that hotel. And therefore the focus is on selling that. And that's why we've made no other announcements, nor have we put any other new Vacation properties online, meaning for sale."

I was at the Woodland event on Friday, and I just wanted to yell it out as well. I did ask a rep, and she had no clue of course. Just getting a little excited:slurp:
