DVC Shop legitimacy?

I’m consider testing the DVC waters with a rental later this year. I’ve done some research and came across the site “DVC Shop” and I’m curious if anyone else has used their services. They have an abundance of availability and seem to be priced very competitively. Both of those scream red flag to me. Hoping someone can provide some insight. Thanks!

I have used DVC Shop several times without issue. They tend to be cheaper than other rental sites and you can score great deals with a last-minute confirmed reservation. Staff is very helpful and prompt in responding.
