DVC Phones Down?

I've been trying to get through to DVC since about 9 this morning. The phones have been busy each time I called. Are the phones down? Has anyone else tried to get through this morning?

Try both the (800) number and the (407) number.

There have been times where one of them is totally busy but I got through on the other.

I have both numbers set for speed dial on my phone. :)

From what I've been reading about DVC on many Disney boards their membership phone service is pretty poor lately. I've read about people even getting an answer and being put on hold for 10-20 minutes, it must be super busy for DVC right now.:shrug:

Knowing that my call was going to take some time, I wasn't about to use the 407 number. I stuck to the 800 number.

It did take a while to get connected to a service rep. The recording told me that it would take up to 15 minutes and they were only off by 1 minute. I didn't mind that too much. Thanks to speaker phones, I just put the receiver down and did other things while listening to Disney music. When I was finally connected to rep, he was very pleasant and informative.

Unfortunately, because of how I need to move some points around on one reservation, I have to call back on the 28th. So, if everyone would be so kind as to stay off the phone that morning....................:animwink:
