OK, here we go again.
Yes, you are getting around the system. Yes, your are cheating, stealing, lying ,whatever you want to call it. Again, I don't have a problem with that. What I have is a problem with people trying to justify it. If you are going to do it, just do it, suck it up, and admit to it. If you have a problem admitting to it, then maybe you should not be doing it. And if you get caught, take your punsihment like a trooper, and don't whine about it.
Here are the rules about discount tickets (which by the way as a DVC owner you signed off on as having received and read - watch that fine print

The parts in bold tell me you have to be there. And that they may check the ID at any time. Chances are they won't. However if they do, and they take your (or your sisters) tickets without a refund, I would expect her to say "well, we tried" and walk away know that they played the game and lost. If your going to play, you have to have some skin in the game.
