Thanks Magoo We'll be making our first trip home this fall. Do all of the DVC resorts have merchandise available? Maybe it's available in many places, and I just haven't noticed in the past.

In each resorts' gift shop, you'll find a smattering of merch, some of it will be resort-specific, and some of it will be generic DVC stuff.

Not sure if you consider this as "DVC merchandise", but you can buy DVC pins as well, which can only be bought by DVC members. DVC pins are available at DVC resorts gift stores, as well as the main pin stores throughout WDW.
