Are the dues that are to be paid by January 15, 2023, the ones for 2022 year or are they the dues for the upcoming year in 2023.
Selling DVC and we have been charged for the 2023 dues on our contract, but we pay them monthly…TIA

Reasonably sure they are for next year, 2023.

The property taxes are an estimate and there is an adjustment to account for the final amount due for the previous year. (I think the actual amount is usually less than the estimated amount). So in January you will see an adjustment for the 2022 property taxes.
