There is a Que of songs playing, (usually about 2-3) most of the time these are randomlly selected by the computer. You can go into the request feature, (Must be a member) and spend your points to request any song. You start with a 100 points and you get points for each post you make.
There are some restrictions, such as you cant select a song that has played in the last 5 hours, and other such things but the system lets you know this by blocking out what songs you cant request at that moment.
Usually when i request a song it gets played 2-3 songs later in the que. Some tracks are huge though and that can affect when you hear your song. I often request the long Epcot Loops and those are around 55 minutes in length, so if you request something after that, it will be a while before you hear your song.
You get the hang of it pretty quick and its VERY easy to get points, as we have several games going on that generate points.
