Got to agree with you guys on Maytag’s complexity. The washer and dryer I have are Maytag and trying to do anything on them is a major problem. You have to wonder if they are made that way on purpose because so human in there right mind would design something that way.

Yep, that's it.

They use much less water and energy. Your clothes don't "sit" in water, they pass through it.

Be prepared for some VERY different washer sounds coming from your laundry area!:eek: That's the weirdest sounding washer I've ever heard!!!

It has water sealed inside that it uses to balance itself. It also uses a processor to redistribute unbalanced loads by stopping the drum @ precise times to allow items inside to fall to the other side to more evenly be distributed.

An associate of mine has or should I say had the Neptune Series washer and dryer set. He mentioned that they did a great job on clothes but forget about doing any service on them yourself. There are simply to may sensors, switches and computer modules for anyone other than a service tech to comprehend.
