Driving down from NJ

:veryconfu driving down from NJ and was wondering if anyone can suggest a good (safe) place to stay at the 1/2 way mark or beyond. thanks....

I agree I usually drive down and I make it to Orlando from the NYC area in 18 hours, If you have more than one driver it is a piece of cake

Hey fellow Jersian.. I am driving to Disney in May.... I am driving straight through.. I never did that before.. When I used to go with my parents, we left at 4:30am, drove to Atlanta (or savannah, cant remember) got there 'round 6pm and stayed for the night... That way, the next day, we only had a few hours to DISNEY!

We like the Best Western in Santee, South Carolina. Nice restaurant on-site, good location.
