drink recipe

So my sis and I were at tht good ol' Poly in January. and we both had a drink from the Barefoot Bar by the pool that came in a cocunut shaped like a monkey. I think the drink was called the 'FUNKY MONKEY" and it had some sort of banana liquor in it.

we've been trying to remember what exactly is in this drink and I guess we had one too many drinks because we can't remember no matter what.

Does anyone know what the drink was made out of? Oh and if you ahven't had one you absolutely must. it's delicious

Funky Monkey

1 oz Mount Gay® Barbados rum
1 oz creme de bananes
5/8 oz dark creme de cacao
3 oz coconut milk
1 banana
coconuts

Blend with ice until smooth. Pour into a hurricane glass and garnish with coconut flakes.

Assuming from your post you have Disney recipe book. Do you have the recipe for the Bloody Mary's they sell at POR. They are the Cajun ones and I love them. :slurp:

Hmm, can't think of a better place to ask, so whats the Disney receipe cookbooks name? And is it sold only in WDW or something I can get on amazon or somewhere?
