It's sad that some people feel the need to call attention to themselves in this way at a family park.
Get with the times. We've always been self-obsessed but the last decade has taken it to a whole new level.
Although they'll claim "self-expression" or some other nonsense phrase of the time.

Why should I care what others think?
I can't help but laugh at the irony of posting this question on a public forum.

The clue is in the name.

Sports BRA's by their very name are underwear and therefore not acceptable in WDW

Sports TOPS on the other hand will be fine.

Yes there's a fine line, but my advice would be, if it looks more like a bra than a t shirt, don't wear it...or DO wear it and accept your fate if you're stopped from entering.

As in all situations...some people may still get in with them, some won't....dont be that person.

Corsets used to be undergarments

Because young children have never seen a ?

Its us that sexualizes it and decides it is something to be feared and hidden.
Well, the OP was asking about a US theme park.

I have the feeling if we were asking about Americans observing local customs and standards everyone would quickly say they need to adjust to local expectations.

DRESS CODE.
Hello wonderful people! I leave early Tuesday
morning for an 8 day Honeymoon with my husband
and I'm so so excited! I am a hairstylist and today
one of my clients mentioned crop tops not being
okay in the parks. I was planning on wearing bike
shorts and a sports bra almost every day, I hate
being hot, but wondering if that's not okay in the
parks. TIA!
Maybe if you posted some pictures with you in the outfit we could tell you.

Crikey...how do you.manage to go round a theme park in near 100 degree heat in trousers and a long shirt !!!
Some of the Citizens of Hollywood at DHS are even dressed in a pressed suit without even looking like they are breaking a sweat.

In summer comfort comes first. This is the reality of having put a theme park in a subtropical jungle. And I don't mind people wearing little clothing, or revealing, even flaunting. Go for it. I'd do too if I had been born this side of the fall of the Wall instead of being a 1960s kid.

But why that urge though to dress like a clown just because you're at Disney? Least of all in winter, and even many spring or autumn days.

from what i’ve seen people wearing in the parks, i joked with my wife by saying “at least we can tell the european & american tourists apart.”
