Dress code

Hi!

I had a quick question about the dress code....here is our restaurant/attraction itinerary:

Bistro de Paris (Jeans and polo OK?)
Cantina de San Angel
BOMA
House of Blues
Hollywood Brown Derby
Crystal Palace
Terrace Noodle

La Nouba show

Are shorts and a t-shirt fine at all of these? Or do we need business casual for any of them?

Thanks!! :ROFLOL:

The only restaurants that have a specific dress code are;

Business Casual Dress Code
Artist Point
California Grill
Citricos
Flying Fish Cafe
Jiko
Narcoossee's
Yachtsman Steakhouse

Formal Dress Code
Victoria & Albert's

While you certainly may feel and look better dressed a little nicer than the minimum for dinner, you certainly aren't required to do so.

I have seen everything from semi formal to very casual at La Nouba. Most tend to lean towards business casual. I don't believe there is an actual dress code there though.

Park clothes (shorts and tshirt) will be acceptable at all of those places. You may want to consider something a little nicer for Brown Derby and Bistro de Paris (my personal preference).

I got away with jeans and a nice shirt at Citricos and California Grill. I saw many people wearing shorts and jeans. I don't think the code is strictly enforced, but I could be wrong (except for Victoria & Albert's).

Disney business casual... Clean jeans, dockers, dress pants. Polo shirt, button down and actually, a clean t shirt with no slogan or logo is allowed now. No dirty ripped sneakers, but nice leather dress sandals are allowed. Most men I see wear boat shoes or something similar.
For women its nice jeans, dress pants, skirt or dress. No spaghetti strap shirts, no flip flops, dirty jean or t shirts or swim wear allowed for either.

Enforcement of such code seems to be up to whomever is checking people in. I've seen people turned away and asked to tidy up and I've seen people just from the parks ( :lookaroun ) escorted to the back away from everybody. I don't think its too much to ask people to tidy up a bit before going into a nicer restaurant .

I agree with most and do business casual for all our dinners. Victoria and Albert's dress code is strictly enforced for guests of all ages. Before the no children policy, there were 8 year old boys in there wearing jackets and ties. I don't mind the formal attire at all though, it's a great experience.

Victoria and Alberts will ask men to put on a coat, I have seen it. They used to offer coats to guests who might not have them, but I don't have a clue if they still offer that service.

I have been in just about every park restaurant with shorts, t-shirt, and flip flops on. If you're here in the summer, no need to go back, change into something that's going to make you hotter, only to go back where you were to eat.

For the resort restaurants, I'd turn it up to business casual, or at least shorts and a polo for men.

park restaurants expect park attire so as long as you aren't half naked or wearing something that is totally offensive to the general public you're fine (and you wouldn't get into the parks or be allowed to stay there if you were).

Shorts and a polo are considered business casual according to Disney's guidelines.

Do you mean the Tomorrowland Terrace Noodle Station ? Thats a QSFB (counter service) place that is rarely open, and when it is, it is (in my opinion) quite easly the wost food in all of WDW. Dress code is track shoes for running away as fast as possible.
