Dress code on Disney dream Cruise

Hi just a quick question.
We are going on our first Disney Cruise (3 night) at the end of August on the Dream. What is the dress code in the evening? Do men need to wear Shirt and Jacket or will shirt and tie just do.

I am doing a 4 day in a little over a week. 2 nights im wearing a button up shirt and two nights I will wear a shirt and tie. When we cruised on the Wonder in 08 people wore everything from coats and ties to some that showed up in shorts and a t shirt.
