Has anybody read this yet? If so, what do you think? I caught a chapter of it a few months ago on Salon and thought it sounded pretty interesting. You can download the book at the above link (really, the auther is giving it away online) or buy it through Amazon or whatever your fav bookseller is.

There was a thread about it around here somewhere. I did download it, but haven't found enough free time to start reading it yet. It'd be easier if it was in paper, but I don't think I'm gonna print a whole book so...

I read it. It was interesting. A very enjoyable read. I'd like to see more stories set in his future version of WDW.

It was pretty good.... i laughed at the name of the society though.. the "bitchun society" and they all smoked crack. Makes you wonder a bit, but it was very entertaining and it is intriguing. Just make sure your whuffie is in good order.

Well, you _can_ buy it in paper form. Just go to Amazon or one of the other online book sellers. I think that link I gave has a link to a place you can get it online too. Personally, I prefer to read the printed version too, but I know some people don't mind other formats and figured this would be a receptive audience.

Its weird, really weird, you can tell he's a huge fan of disney (he even includes people like us in it) but he also uses it as a stage to criticize the current management practices. It's a VERY odd read, but i would most definitly recomend it (based on the 5 chapters i've read so far)

Well, yeah, I know, but only in Amazon; meaning in dollars. So no thanks, I'd spend less prining it myself! :lol:

Just go to the website posted on the top of this thread, look for a button that says "download for free", go to it, and you can get it as a html, or a pdf, if memory serves me right...
