Little kiddos might not care about ownership, but courts and judges seem to think that it matters. We live in a land of laws, governed by statutes, contracts, and case law. I doubt that the owners would be too happy if their intellectual property was used by a third party, and they weren't getting a cut of it. What does it matter what kids think when they're on vacation? The parents aren't allowed to illegally pay their entertainment when it violates copyright law.

And what does that have to do with the actual discussion, why they chose a Doug show over a Recess show? We weren't discussing intellectual property rights.

Alright no more complaining about random IP invading the parks.

I am bummed I never got to visit the parks til my mid 20s and all this weirdness was long gone.

Even for a very short time when the horrible Tom and Jerry Movie came out as they were MGM characters. Disney made M&G versions of them for the park and honestly they looked amazing..

I have the poster!! A seriously underrated movie, tbh. It was good.

That being said.. i don’t think Recess was popular enough to be brought into the Disney Parks.
