Double check your dinning reservations!

I just wanted to give a heads up to all of you who have dinning reservations for upcoming trips. I called yesterday to take my friend off our entire trip and there was a lot of things wrong. I am going down for 9 days and I have about 8 reservations. Out of the 8 I have 6 were messed up. Now I had a party of 4 adults and 2 kids, now its just 3 and 2. They had my kids and one adult going to the luau when it was supposed to be 3 adults. They also had an extra child at my table for Le Cellier to name a few issues. Both the guest service rep and myself had no clue what they did to my ressies but it took us a good 40 minutes to fix everything. So just double check everything before you go down.

No problem. I just didn't want anyone to get charged for a no show for ressies like cindy's palace. They had me with a table of 8 adults. I didn't know until I called since I was on the DDP. Hopefully no one else has this problem.

I check and everything is OK with my ADR, but I have flip two numbers when I wrote down the confirmation number.

I made changes to my reservations 3 and some of them 4 times. When I double checked, everything was right.

We always double check our reservations when we confirm our reservations a few days before we arrive. Always take your info to WDW so you have copies of the confirmation numbers.

That's not bad advice to recheck. The ADR system is currently going through some major upgrades, so there might be a chance reservations will be altered or lost as they update to a new system. You can read all about it here:

It didn't really seem critical to me, just helpful (especially since there's another restaurant called The Crystal Palace). :shrug:
