Double Characters?

It's this.
Thanks, but that doesn't work (for me) either, at least not in Chrome, but it does in Firefox.
Must be something in my settings blocking it.

Never happens... Disney puts too much effort in management for all of that... at the very most, you may see a character then see them in a different location in the same land, but even that doesn't happen that often

I don't think it happens or at least it is pretty rare. Disney makes a lot of effort to make sure it doesn't happen. I remember last summer when I was at Disneyland I was waiting to see the little Tangled play they had in the little theater near the castle and the Soundsational parade had ran a little late, and we were told the show would start later because we had to wait for Rapunzel to get to the theater from the parade. (it was not the same girl playing Rapunzel, because I had seen the float go by)

Yeah, that is one of the strictest of rules within the entire Disney World bubble. The same character will never appear twice in the same park at a time. Heads would roll and mass firings would be quick if it happened.

I've seen it happen before. We were in Adventureland around Agrabah Bazaar when a Baloo was coming out and on his way to a meet and greet somewhere, and bumped into my wife. They did a little dance and he gestured something silly, then went on his way. About 5 minutes later, another Baloo comes out while we were in Agrabah Bazaar and went to the same meet and greet (presume). We thought it odd, but continued browsing the shop. A very short while later, as we were coming out of the shop, we presume it was the first Baloo, comes running back to the shop, and once again bumps into my wife, at which point he gestures with his arm movements something that we assumed meant "what the heck, lady, get of my way". It was funny, but a little odd too.

So, to answer the question, they quickly try and correct the error as best they can.
I can just see it now: a child asking, "Hey Baloo, aren't you over there?"

I think that's considered normal or okay, since the one inside is animatronic. Same goes for Country Bears.

I don't mind Splash so much, since there are multiple figures in the attraction. It bothered me with the bears because you're supposed to be seeing them "perform."

Are there even places where this could conceivably happen on property? There's no doubled up meet and greets in parks, and I don't believe any character meets on a parade route. You could conceivably leave the Tink/Mickey meet right in time to see them pass by in the parade, but you'd nearly have to plan that ahead of time and they're still not visible together. The only other instance I can think of is if Belle or Aurora are training by International Gateway while also meeting in their home countries, but I'd just assume they do their training either elsewhere or before those meets start.

Disney version of "Highlander"...
"There can be only one"

That's right. And they take this rather seriously, I hear. Even in the WDW vacation planning videos and other things, there's only ONE of each character, just like there's only one of you and me.

Happens all the time, Mickey does not leave his Main Street M&G during the parade or castle stage show. So you could meet him, walk straight out and there he is riding his parade float down Main Street lol

This happened to us the other year, we had eaten at Crystal Palace with Pooh & friends and came out and a few minutes later he passed by in the parade.

There's also another issue with the likes of Periscope being a thing, someone could be in the Magic Kingdom streaming the 9pm Main Street Electrical parade and someone else could be at Hollywood Studios at 9pm streaming Fantasmic!, viewers watching both streams would then see Mickey in two places at once.

You see? Proves my point. There's only one! However, a character has many "friends" that help him out throughout each day.

Doesn't matter. You're only one place at a time, and magic is relative to YOU, not Mickey.
